My house is made out of cement. What can I use to hang lights outside?
I want to hang Christmas Lights outside but I’m not sure what will hold them. My house is made out of cement and nothing seems to work. I’ve even tried heavy duty double sided tape. Any ideas would be great?
Maybe some construction adhesive or a thick silicone adhesive would allow you to fasten small hooks to the wall. If necessary, tape them in place until the adhesive firms up. After that, it should be able to hold lights unless they are very heavy.
You could paint over it later if you want to match the base color, and then the hooks can become a permanent fixture for future light-hanging.
